Return, Complaint and Replacement of goods:
Within 14 days from the date of delivery, you can return the product free of charge with a refund or exchange it for another product of your choice. The returned product must be undamaged, ie in the condition in which it was received. You can inform us about the intention to return or replace the product via the form here. After registering the request, we will contact you as soon as possible and organize the collection of the old or new product in cooperation with our partner delivery service. The customer has the right to complain about the product, if there is damage to it, due to a defect in production or delivery, which reduces the value or adversely affects the basic functionality of the product.
The complaint period is 6 months from the date of purchase. Complaints are received in writing by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) where the buyer is obliged to submit a written explanation of the reason for the complaint. In case of a complaint, the seller bears the cost of returning the product and is obliged to issue a decision on the complaint within 15 working days, and within 30 days of receiving a written complaint to the buyer to replace the product or return the full amount paid, in accordance with applicable law. At the same time, the seller is not liable for mechanical damage to the product, if it can be considered a consequence of use that can not be characterized by regular use.
